These hangover cures were a terrible idea. Between the tomato juice and watching Bronte struggling to swallow the raw egg yolk I think it made my hangover worse. I kind of get the science behind 'hair of the dog' - lessening the withdrawal and all that - but go for something you're more familiar with. The prairie oyster though, why is that a thing? But Bronte was right, it was really funny to watch.
If you want to try out any of the hangover cures featured on this episode, we've written up some super scientific recipes that you can do at home.

Bloody Mary Recipe:
Tomato juice (would recommend not the cheapest one)
A dash of Sriracha or tobacco (whatever's in your pantry)
A little Worcestershire sauce
Shot of vodka
Step 1: Put ingredients in glass.
Step 2: Good luck finishing it buddy, maybe have a cider instead. You don't understand how gross it was.

Prairie Oyster Recipe:
Pepper
A dash of Sriracha or tobacco (whatever's in your pantry)
A little Worcestershire sauce
A raw egg yolk
Step 1: Put ingredients in glass.
Step 2: Remember how to swallow, or have a poached egg on toast instead. At least that won't smell like baked beans.
